Mwche Lodge Accommodation


ENTRANCE

There is a small step up to the half glazed front door which provides access to the light central hallway that leads to one of the shower rooms, the bedrooms, and the main living area. The hall has solid oak flooring, is well lit and has coat pegs for coats.

LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN SPACE

This spacious open plan area has oak flooring, recessed ceiling lighting, floor lighting and pendant light in the Dining area.

                   

 The Dining Area has an Oak Table with comfortable seating for 6 people, a large lazy Susan makes serving easy.

The L shaped kitchen has a selection of matching wall and floor cupboards, stainless steel sink and oak work surface.

There is a slimline dishwasher, built in induction hob with extractor fan, electric oven, and fridge.  The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, kitchen utensils and glasses. 

The Living Area also has:-

  • Double patio doors leading out to gravelled patio area where you can enjoy alfresco dining and the amazing views across the estuary. 
  • A log fire burner which can be lit for colder evenings, whilst curling up on the two comfy leather sofas. 
  • A wall mounted smart TV provides light entertainment, the cupboards contain DVD player, a selection of videos, books & games.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 – Large bright and airy room with comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets, mirrors, chest of drawers and double wardrobe.  Wall mounted TV with Amazon firestick.  Hairdryer.  All bedding & towels are provided.   Extra pillows & blankets are available if required.

                                        
 

Bedroom 2 - bright room with 2 comfortable single wooden beds, bedside cabinets, mirrors, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Wall mounted TV with Amazon firestick.  Hairdryer.  All bedding & towels are provided.   Extra pillows & blankets are available if required.

                    

                

 

Baby Travel cot and highchair are available if required.  (NB, we do not provide cot bedding)

MAIN SHOWER ROOM    An extra-large rain head shower with sliding doors, wash basin with mirrored cupboard over, toilet and heated ladder towel rail.  Hand wash & shower gel are provided (but no shampoo)                                                            

  

                          

UTILITY ROOM   Off the living area is a large utility room  This has matching wall and floor cupboards, a stainless-steel sink, washing machine & freezer.  Ironing board, iron, and  clothes airer.  Entrance to Additional Shower Room – with large shower with sliding doors, toilet, and heated towel rail.

                                    
OUTDOOR SPACE

At the front of the lodge is the fully enclosed garden with grass area & newly planted areas, it is accessed from front door or double patio doors in living area.  Gravel patio with wrought iron garden table, chairs & sun umbrella.  Rattan garden furniture for sunbathing or relaxing & taking in the views. 

A BBQ is available to use when our BBQ food pack is ordered.

DOG FREINDLY

  • 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.  Additional dogs may be accepted, but at the discretion of the owner.
  • The garden is fully enclosed, ensuring your beloved pets are safe. 
  • Dog beds, bowls and towels are provided. 
  • 2 large dog crates are also available for dogs that are used to being crated.  

FACILITIES

  • The lodge has TVs, Amazon Firesticks, mobile phone reception, fast internet/Wi-Fi access.
  • All rooms have windows that overlook the estuary and its spectacular views.
  • Grocery delivery can be arranged.
  • A welcome pack is provided & includes essentials for your first day.  
  • Toilet rolls, cleaning products, dishwasher/washing machine tablets, handwash & shower gel are supplied.  (NB, we do not provide shampoo or beach towels)

ARRIVAL & PARKING

  • The property is approached by private driveway which passes a pond on the left and stunning marsh land views on the right.
  • Parking for 2 cars directly outside the Lodge.
  • Access to the fully enclosed garden is by a sturdy gate.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The owner lives in the adjacent property & is available to answer questions or deal with issues should they arise.
